I was recently asked to try the SportJock Sports Bra at Boobydoo, the biggest online retailer for sports bras in the UK!
The great thing about the SportJock bra is its simplicity; it's unfussy and uncomplicated (and recently won the award for 'Women's Running Awards Gold Winner 2016'!) The one I tried is the SportsJock Action Sports Bra in Fuchsia. Ideal for high impact sports such as running, it's also great for lifting and lower impact sports like yoga! It's flattering, comfy and supportive. Retailing at £27.99, it's the perfect investment if you're serious about training! Most women don't wear enough support and can cause damage and injury from working out; I think it's important to find a good fitting sports bra so you can stop worrying about bounce and instead get stuck into your training! I find most sports bras quite unflattering, but this bra came in some really fun colours (as well as the normal black and white), as well as fitting really nicely. It's a bit of a faff to get on and off as it's a pull-on bra, but the support and overall look make it worth it! Have you tried SportJock before? Let me know which sports bras you recommend! Meli X
