SkinYoga Skin & Body Care Review

Hey! I took these little samples on holiday with me to Greece in May and I've finally found the time to wrie up a review on each! I received the Coffee Body Scrub (which I have tried before, see the review here), the Post-Workout Neem Body Wash, and the Almond Orange Face Scrub.

I've already tried the coffee scrub as stated above - I enjoyed using it again this time round, I found the scent very uplifting and it acted as a really great scrub for the skin but BOY it's so messy!! The Post-Workout Neem Body Wash was a bit of a surprise - I actually really liked it. Granted, it does feel like you're rubbing green tea all over your skin and it smells very strong... it sets which makes it a little time consuming trying to scrub it off, but for some reason I really liked this! I felt really cleansed after using it, it was a bit less messy to use and it has anti-bacterial properties which I think is really great if you have skin conditions!

The face scrub (can we just acknowledge how cute this sample is by the way?!) was ideal for taking away. I needed a decent scrub as I was wearing so much SPF on my face (which tends to break my out, unfortunately - the price you pay for keeping skin safe!) This scrub acted as a really great cleanser which I used every other day to deeply cleanse and clear out my skin. It's not very abrasive, so would be perfect for sensitive skin types or people who have natural redness in their skin and don't want to upset it further. It's a bit messy, as with all the SkinYoga products I've tried, so I'd advise using this in the shower for minimum mess! It smells very subtle but quite lovely - I could personally smell the almond more strongly than the orange. If you're after a really natural yet gentle facial scrub with little to no scent, I'd advise this! Meli X
