Hey! I got a huuuge haul of Tropic products recently as I was desperate to try the brand after being told about it by my hairdresser ages ago! Before my abroad vacation this year in may, I took this along hoping to protect my wimpy, pale skin from burning in the Greek sun. This Tropic Tinted Skin Shade in SPF50 is in the shade light/medium (and comes in medium/tan, I believe). As I'm fair I knew this was going to give me a bit of a deeper colour, but I'd managed to gain a bit of a tan whilst away anyway so the colour just gave me a bit more warmth - never a bad thing on holiday! I applied this every morning with my fingers first and then a brush to buff it in. As an SPF, it was hella oily - I powdered over the top to take away the shine - but the colour was way better than I expected, and I didn't burn once - result! And the best thing about this SPF? I didn't break out ONCE. Normally when I wear an SPF on the face (as I do whenever it gets sunny), I break out like crazy and look really horrible and shiny whilst wearing it. This gave me a nice coverage so wouldn't have to be worn with a foundation, powder sat well on top of it, and it didn't give me ANY spots! This alone would make me want to buy it again - it's so difficult to find an SPF that works and doesn't make me break out. Not only that, but it's 100% natural, vegan friendly, and cruelty-free!
