I've recently gone back to my natural hair colour (RED!) so thought I'd share some of my all-time favourite nude lipsticks for redheads. Finding make-up that suits us can be tricky. It can be hard to find shades that suit our naturally pale complexions and that don't clash with our hair. I've always found nude lipsticks to be the most difficult lipstick shades to get right, because so many of them look brown on me (which I dislike!) However, after many years in the health and beauty world, I've found some lipsticks that I come back to time and time again.
Starting with the first photo (top left!) This is Perricone MD's No Lipstick Lipstick. I bought this after seeing that this was the lipstick Gal Gadot wore in WonderWoman. I LOVE this product; it's creamy, comfortable, easy to apply, and very flattering. Top Middle: This is my favourite lipstick at the moment - Beauty Pie's lipstick in Master Sweet. A BEAUTIFUL lipstick that smells great with lots of pigment and a natural, shiny finish that gives a 'my lips but better' look. LOVE! Top Right: This lipstick has sadly been discontinued, which is SUCH a shame because it is one of my all-time favourites and has been for nearly 10 years now. This is Smashbox's lipstick in Posy Pink. I used to work for Smashbox and would wear this all the time on counter. It lasts so well (which I find can be quite rare for a nude lipstick), and I think the colour is really flattering. I'd always have customers ask what lipstick I was wearing when I wore this on counter! A feel shame they've discontinued it. Bottom Left: This is a Tom Ford lipstick called Nude Vanille. This looks way more peachy on my skintone, but I still think it's a pretty colour that can be altered with a lip liner. These lipsticks are ridiculously expensive, though, so not something I'd wear every day! Bottom Right: Last but certainly not least, this is Estee Lauder's Crystal Baby. Apparently, this is one of Victoria Beckham's favourite lipsticks. I've loved it for years; extremely comfortable and pretty. Another 'my lips but better' shade that looks just as good with a liner as it does without! I have LOTS of other favourite lipsticks, but these ones definitely stand out for me.
