Well hello my pretties!
Just a quick one today to discuss one of my all-time favourite cream bronzers. As a pale gal, I like to warm my face up most days with cream products as I find they look more natural and "soft" for day-to-day make-up looks when I want to look au natural (but, like, better).
I discovered this Chanel cream bronzer, 'Soleil Tan de Chanel', many moons ago, but I've always found myself coming back to it. While it has since undergone a bit of a make-up (basically a name change to 'Les Beiges Bronzing Cream'), it remains a cult favourite, and for good reason. The delicious texture, combined with the premium packaging (and sheer amount you get) makes it a firm fave for me.
Here's the website spiel:
"A unique, lightweight and easy-to-blend cream-gel bronzer with a delicate, velvety finish that gives a natural sun-kissed glow. The generously-sized jar makes it easy to swirl the kabuki brush, for effortless application."
I just swirl a buffing brush into the cream, apply to the tops of my cheeks and forehead, and voila, a lovely, natural bronzed look.
Now I will be honest - the downside to this, other than the cost (we all know Chanel is not the cheapest brand in the world, and this retails at around £46 - do I do think you get enough product for your buck, on this occasion) is the lack of shade ranges. The lightest shade is still pretty warm, so those of you with porcelain skin may find this is a bit too orange in tone.
I really love the feel of this product. It smells amazing too in typical Chanel fashion (all their products smell great, don't they?) and I particularly love the size of this product - it's going to last forever! Do you have any cream bronzer recommendations for paler skin tones? Let me know!
